How Does the Event Work?

Virtual reality works fantastically for smaller and larger groups (e.g., 30+ people):

​

• Capacity: Up to 16 people can play on the arena floor simultaneously, divided across three separate play zones (two groups of 4 and one group of 8).

• Smooth Rotations: Larger groups rotate in turns. While half the group is playing, the other half can watch the action live on monitors, enjoy refreshments, and socialize.

• Game Pace: During a 2-hour event, there is time to play 6 arena games in total. This means two groups of 14–16 people get to play 3 games each. Sessions are structured smoothly so everyone has plenty of time to relax and mingle on the sidelines.

With multiple playing zones, different groups can play different games at the same time. Our library has something for every taste and team goal:

• Teamwork & Co-op: Fun cooperative games (like our popular cooking challenge) that boost communication and team spirit.

• Action & Thrills: Zombie shooters, bank heist prevention, and archery.

• Adventures & Story Experiences: Immersive games (e.g., Pirate Adventure, lasting 2 arena games) and lighter fun like the Smurfs world.

• Virtual Escape Rooms: Challenging escape room experiences (e.g., Prison Break, lasting 3 arena games).
