OLiO VR's Mobile Arena

OLiO VR's mobile arena brings a true virtual experience directly to your desired location. Players move freely in the same space using wireless VR devices, just like at our office, physically moving around. Arcade-style gameplay makes the experience easy for beginners and surprisingly fun for experienced players as well. The mobile arena only requires a flat 7m×7m space from you, as well as a power outlet.

We deliver the entire package on a "turnkey" basis:

The end result is a spectacular, easy-to-follow and memorable program number for corporate events, parties and workplace recreation days - wherever you want to bring people together. ​

SERVICE CONTENT:

As an example of a price, a five-hour event on Friday from 7pm to midnight would cost €3,415 (incl. VAT), With weekday billing Mon-Thu €2,532 (incl. VAT).

Service delivery content:

  • Delivery to the event venue and logistics coordination

  • Arena installation, calibration and testing

  • Equipment: wireless VR sets for at least six players

  • Game instruction for those who are starting to play

  • Two instructors: game launch, rounds, guidance and supervision

  • Continuous technical support and backup equipment during the game time

  • Game content and licenses for the event

  • Spectator display and basic instructions (if necessary)

  • Hygiene and cleaning supplies, battery replacements between rounds

  • Dismantling and removal after the event

 

The offer is valid until further notice on a first come, first served basis and will expire if another reservation is confirmed for the same time.

Pricing (incl. VAT)

Monday – Thursday:

  • Base fee: €730 / session

  • Event rate (up to 6 simultaneous players): €374 / h (minimum charge 4 hours)

  • Additional hours: €306 / h

Example: A 4-hour event (Mon–Thu) = €2,226 (incl. VAT)

Friday – Sunday:

  • Base fee: €1,070 / session

  • Event rate (up to 6 simultaneous players): €489 / h (minimum charge 4 hours)

  • Additional hours: €389 / h

Example: A 4-hour event (Fri–Sun) = €3,026 (incl. VAT)
